We start cooking your food as soon as your order is confirmed and your online payment is successful. We pack your meals carefully in clean, safe boxes to keep the food hot. When our delivery rider picks up your food from our kitchen, we will send you a message with a live tracking link. You can use this link to see exactly where your food is in real-time.
2. DELIVERY AREAS AND RADIUS
To make sure you get your food hot and fresh, we only deliver within a specific distance or area around our kitchens. When you enter your address at checkout, our system will automatically check if we can deliver to your location. Sometimes, during heavy rain or unsafe road conditions, we may temporarily stop our delivery service to keep our riders safe.
3. DELIVERY TIME AND POTENTIAL DELAYS
Usually, it takes about 35 to 45 minutes for the food to reach your doorstep after you order. However, this is an estimated time. Your delivery might take a little longer if there is a lot of traffic on the road, heavy rain, or if our kitchen is extremely busy with too many orders. 4. DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery fees are calculated automatically when you checkout. The fee depends on the actual road distance from our kitchen to your house. 5. ACCURATE ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS
Please make sure to provide your complete and correct address, including your house number, floor, street name, and a nearby famous landmark. If our rider cannot find your house because of a wrong address, or if you do not pick up our calls for more than 10 minutes, the order will be cancelled. In such cases, we cannot give a refund because the food will get spoiled.
