If your amount has been deducted via UPI, Card, Netbanking, or Wallet but your order failed, please do not worry.
Your payment is completely protected under Consumer Safeguarding Guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We start cooking your fresh meal immediately and dispatch riders right away to deliver on time.
Double-Check: Please review your food items and address carefully before making the payment.
Rare Exceptions: Cancellations are only considered in extreme emergencies (like ingredients running out), decided case-by-case.
Important Points
Bank Issues: Delays usually happen when bank servers take time to confirm the payment status.
Within 15 Minutes: If your bank confirms the payment within 15 minutes, your order will process automatically.
After 15 Minutes: If it takes longer than 15 minutes, our system will reject the order and start an automatic refund.
Refund Timeline: After a refund is started, it takes 5-7 working days to get the money back in your bank account or wallet.
